• When I try to update the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin on my WordPress website (minemr.com) all my content is missing. The content is available in the dashboard page editor but does not show up on the site.

    Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://support.wpbakery.com/

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    I don’t own the plugin myself.

    Did you get the plugin bundled with your theme? If so, perhaps your theme’s support can help.

    No, it’s separate. The whole site disappears upon updating, check it out: minemr.com

    Ok, then you’ll need to get in touch with Visual Composer’s support about this.

    As you described, the issue was caused by their plugin, so they are the ones you will need to get in touch with.

    As mentioned, forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products like Visual Composer, so we do not know why it is not working properly for you.
