    Hi, I love this plug-in. But…

I don’t know why, but thanks to Boxzilla the menu in responsive layout doesn’t work. At desktop layout doesn’t work search bar. When I deactivate Boxzilla, everything works properly. After activating, problem remains.

I use theme Fluida from Cryout Creations.

I hope we’ll find solution, as I’ve tried over 20 other plugins and haven’t found as powerful as Boxzilla is.

    Thanks,
    Tomas

    Hi Tomas,

Do you have a development site (online) where you can leave Boxzilla installed for awhile and let us take a quick look at it?

Do you have (m)any other plugins active? Including a plugin that does javascript minification and/or caching?

    Thanks for letting us know!

Hi Lap, thank you for quick reply. Website are running. There must be some new problem as in past everything was working properly. And there are since that time no new plugins. But yes, we use cache plugin.

Boxzilla is used e.g. at https://www.modelhobby.cz/en/exhibitor/application/ in buttons.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Best regards, Tomas

    Hi,

Thank you, I reproduced and confirmed this issue that comes up when you click on a (html anchor) element that doesn’t have a HREF attribute.

Here is the official bug report that I just created: https://github.com/ibericode/boxzilla-wp/issues/105

As a workaround you could change your theme to add an empty href=”” to each A element in your page that is not working now (such as the search icon).
Of course we will fix this from our side ASAP.

    Hi Tomas,

We just pushed out version 3.1.16 of Boxzilla in which this issue should be fixed for you.

    Hope that helps!

PS. If you have a minute please consider leaving a plugin review. We would really appreciate that!

Hi Danny, well I’ve updated plug-in, unfortunately it hasn’t helped:-(

Can you check again if the problem is because of Boxzilla, or there is other problem. I’ve deleted cache also.

    Thanks, Tomas

    Hi Tomas,

The fix did solve the error Boxzilla was generating in the console, but apparently did not solve your issue.

I see another error: jquery.datatables.min.js?ver=1.8:24 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property ‘_DT_CellIndex’ of undefined. Not sure if it is related to your problem.

Are you sure that the problem is solved when Boxzilla is turned off?

    Thanks for letting us know,

Dear Lap, yes, when I deactivate Boxzilla, things, about which I’m writing, start to work.

Even I love this plug-in, got to look for other. It is important to have mobile websites working. But I’ll try to slowly deactivate plug-in after plug-in. Who knows, maybe there is other problems.

Anyway thanks for really quick support. I haven’t expected that.

Eureka, I′ve fixed it! There was a problem with plugin TablePress. It took me some time to make all tables in HTML directly into Boxzilla, but everything works properly. Honestly, it is easier to find plugin for tables, or make tables in HTML, than finding plugin similar to Boxzilla.

Once again I′d like to thank you for quick response and help!!! You′ve got 5*!
