Licensing & Extensions

This looks pretty neat. For my purposes, I would want Settings Pages and Tabs as well.

I assume that you do not have a license that allows redistribution of those extensions? If you do, I assume that I would only be allowed to do so in a “Premium”/paid plugin that I create ant not in a free plugin/theme, correct?
