Looking for

    I got from my hoster following message:

    “… we will gladly proceed with certificate installation, but we need to obtain key file (which is usually a simple .txt file)”
    Well were do I find this key file – is it the private key?

  • With the files the plugin is generating under public_html/letsencrypt/live/ I was able to install the plugin from the SSL tab in my cPanel interface. Check that yourself so you don’t depend on their help.

    Or just ask them where to find the file they require.
