wp_options: Table ‘oxfordms_wp996.wp_options’ doesn’t exist

  • This is the error I’m getting when I try using WP database repair.
    I don’t even know how to begin fixing this. I’ve backed up the website to 3 months ago and it’s still broken but it wasn’t broken three months ago. Very confusing ??

    Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

    I’m a designer, not a coder, I’m way out of my element here.

  • It’s likely that these tables are indeed missing. You need to have someone check over the DB backup to see IF those tables are part of the dump.

    Check your database via phpmyadmin from your hosting control panel. If the table is there, use phpmyadmin to check/repair it.
