Order and details not displayed in admin

    I placed an order and I can’t se the details of the order in admin and I can’t change the order status..

    My dev says it’s because of the theme “Twenty seventeen”. I use FLATSOME theme and they say the same..what can I do in order to have the order details displayed in admin ?

    hardy, Don’t despair, (I try not to anyway), but if I had any advice, I’d offer it. But, I don’t know coding or developers and I don’t want to. I want to write, plain and simple! I like to learn, but life is too short to dick around trying to learn something I’m not remotely interested in learning
