Variable product discount not applied to specified groups.

    Hello, I have variable products on my website and the groups plugin used to apply discounted prices to them with no trouble. At some point in many upgrades, it stopped working for variable items. The discounted price shows up in the description but when selected it defaults to universal retail pricing, and discounts aren’t applied to that group as it should be.

    Note that simple items are discounted properly. This only applies to variable products.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • Hi bohokrys,

    Do you use any other Groups extensions or custom hooks for applying discounts to certain groups? If that’s the case then probably the extension(s) need an update.
    Also, after trying to make a test purchase of a variable product, have a look at your debug.log file in case you get a hint on the issue.
    In order to enable WP debugging, please follow this guide.
