Deleted Youtube videos not removed from stream

Hello, we use Flow-Flow to display a channel’s youtube videos on our website. New youtube videos are displaying correctly once they’re pulled, but if a video is removed from the channel it’s not pulled from the stream on our website. It displays all the video meta information, but the video itself errors with ‘This video is unavailable’. How can we remove videos from the stream if they were removed from the youtube channel?
