Does not work with Custom Upload folder

Hi,

It appears that the plugin does not work if a custom upload folder for images is defined as follows:

define( ‘UPLOADS’, ‘media’ );

This creates a media folder in the root of the directory. But it seems that the plugin specifically looks for wp-content.

Manually adding single_photoswipe class and datasize to a link makes it work.

Is there an easy fix available?
