Checkout not working on Firefox

    Since I have updated WordPress and my theme checkout has not worked properly particularly the shipping calculations in checkout and not recognising an address has been entered when it has. This is causing understandable customer frustration. Any help will be most welcome.

  • Hi @londonhelium1, can you include Plugin version details as well as what version of Firefox. Do you see any jQuery/Javascript errors in the Firefox developer log? This sounds like a Javascript error affecting Checkout.
