    Hi there,

    We been finding the ecommerce Tracking has not been working on our clients website. backcentre.com.au

    Ive been finding order value is a different amount in google analytics then Woocommerce.

    How can we test to see if the tracking is working properly?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that our plugin is working well on your store up to “checkout” page. However, we are unable to test it the “Thank you” page of your store due to payment methods.

    We would like to learn from you if Autoreturn for Payment methods is configured?

    • If a user completes the transaction via a 3rd party payment gateway and is not redirected back to your store’s thank you page, our plugin will not be able to send the transaction data.
    • Go through PayPal documentation & WooCommerce documentation (in case you haven’t referred) on understanding & setting up Auto Return
    • .

    Additionally, share view level access of your analytics account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com so we can verify the same.

    Hi, Yesterday I reconfigured the auto return url. I then did a test purchase. I just check this morning and no revenue is showing in Google Analytics.

    Do I have to wait longer?

    I have enable view level access. please review.
