How to fix wordpress 500 internal server error

  • My wordpress site Sasi Binu Got 500 internal error sometimes. I have reinstalled my wordpress and activate recommended plugins. My site working fine. But sometimes it getting 500 internal server error on some pages. Google webmaster tools showing 6 pages have 500 internal server after resubmitting.

    Then am writing a post spotify premium account And checking my homepage. Suddenly my site showing 500 server error. But after refresh it works.

    I have contacted my hosting provider, They said your site don’t have any problems. But sometimes am getting this errors on my screen. How to fix this issue.

    Internal server errors are usually described in more detail in the server error log. If you have access to your server error log, generate the error again, note the date and time, then immediately check your server error log for any errors that occurred during that time period. If you don’t have access to your server error log, ask your hosting provider to look for you.

    But my hosting provider says, your site don’t have any problem in our side. So i thought it may causes due to some functions of wordpress. May i know the basic tips to get rid of 500 internal server error. Because currently am using cloud hosting with 4gb ram and 4 core. And the site is new and recently launched with low traffic.

    You need to know what the error logs say. Look at them, and you will find out what is happening. There’s no other way to do it. A 500 error could be almost anything, and there’s no way for anyone to know what is actually wrong without seeing the error logs from your server.
