plugin when i ordered from producent

I search a plugin, that give me the possibility to see inside woocommerce when i made a order at my producents so next time i look at the product i can if i already ordered and how many i ordered, and when i receive the products from my supplier i can use this plugin to control the order and to restock the product in woocommerce.
with this i would be able to see what i have in order to my shop and handle the supplying much easier.
