Inserting banners in my site

  • I have tried to insert a code from Amazon to my website and it didn’t work. Even though I know where to put the code and what it should happen I don’t understand what is wrong with the banner appearence. I have asked Amazon for any problems and they said is this platform’s problem

  • How to insert a banner depends very much on which WordPress theme you’re using.
    If you want specific help, then you need to give more specific information:
    Ideally link to the site and an explanation about where you would like to put the banner (and what size).
    Or at least tell us which theme you’re using.

    This kind of theme related questions are usully better to put in the support forum for the theme you’re using. Then you may get help from other people, who’re using the same theme, or even from the theme developer.

    In addition to what Tor-Bj?rn has said, check your browser’s JavaScript console for errors, particularly if you’ve inserted the banner or any other script through a text widget. On v4.8, the text widget’s new tinyMCE editor can corrupt code inside of script tags if you are not careful. Any JS error will prevent any subsequent script from running.
