Group authors in alphabetical index

    Is it possible to group the names of the authors under the first letter of their names? Like the register of persons in books, e.g.:

    A
    —
    Albert, Thomas
    Azardius, Cane

    B
    —
    Baron, Peter
    Billy, Marcus
    Burton, Richard
    …

    and so on.

    I have a lot of authors and grouping them via their first letters alphabetically, could help to browse faster through the authors list. Do you agree?

    This is not possible with the plugin you may be able to use JS or CSS to insert the First Letters

    If you do get this to work I would take a pull request
