    I have couple of bugs that I cannot get fixed.

    1. I have 3 t-shirts that throw the following error on revise

    Error: You’ve provided an invalid returns policy. (21917329)
    Error: You’ve provided an invalid payment policy. (21917328)
    Error: Variation Specifics Mismatch. (21916664)

    All other 300 t-shirts work using the same template and the same profile and havent been altered since downloading using import from ebay pluggin

    2. I have a whole category that throws the followinf errors

    Error: You’ve provided an invalid returns policy. (21917329)
    Error: You’ve provided an invalid payment policy. (21917328)

    Even though the profile doesnt have any policies applied, none. So I deleted the profile and duplicated one that works and replied this profile to the category and I still have the same error

    3.warning which is really getting on my nerves as we do not need an EAN or UPC in the mens t-shirt category on ebay UK- how do i get rid of this??

    Hello albertramsbottom.

    Do you have any policies enabled in the edit product page of the listings throwing these errors which would over ride the listing profile policies (or lack of policies if you will)

    If not, I would need to have a look around on your site, check the settings, log details, etc to see what is happening here and I would need you to fill out a support ticket with sample listings and login credentials.

    In regards to #3 I don’t see any warning or error mentioned in your post.

    I submitted a support request and received a reply to which I replied to but all is quite on the western front

    Any ideas what has happened??

    When I look up that email in our support system I don’t see any tickets using that email address.

    Yes, I found the ticket now. The ticket is still active and I am in talks with the developer about your issue relating to the eBay policies. As soon as I have more information I will be replying to your ticket via our email support system, not here on the forum.
