tabs not showing

    since upgrading my tab isn’t showing,
    i can see the data in the database but its not displaying on the product page or the product admin page.

    if i ad the data back in again on the product admin page it saves a new post_meta record with the same post_id

    So sorry to hear you’re having issues since upgrading. May I ask what version of WordPress, WooCommerce and Custom Product Tabs Lite you’re using? And which upgrade (WP, WC or the tabs plugin) seems to have caused the issue?

    hi,
    we had to manually re enter the details.

    we could see the tab information within the database but it wouldnt show

    Hey, thanks for the update!

    Is this now resolved? We think the issue might have been that your Woo database might have been out of date. The plugin wouldn’t run its code when WooCommerce is out of date, so that might be the cause.

    If it’s not resolved, here’s how to run the DB updater:
    https://yoursite.com/wp-admin?do_update_woocommerce=true
    — replace “yoursite.com” with the URL for your website instead.

    You could also fill out our contact form so we can help get to the bottom of this, if it’s still an ongoing issue.
