Can I ask hhow you integrated it? I have installed it but can only see the Woocommenrce > Product Enquiry Form menu option

All that shows is, Tab Name, Email and Subject. I don’t see any thing else helpful, such as how to create a form and connect it to a specific products enquiry. I am using the DIVI theme and builder so this may have some beareing on the issue. Thanks. McP.

Sorry, unsure what you mean. Can you screenshot me a n example of twhat it should look like?
I am using the DIVI builder on products, so I think this may not work.
Do you have a connection to KiranP ? The versions of this plug in V1.7 were by him.

We are assuming that you are using WooCommerce

In woocommerce product details page some default tabs comes (e.g. review).

Say, open any of your product page….. it should show something like this screenshot.

If you use divi builder, to add some sections or text with products, still it shouldn’t create any conflict. Default woocommerce functionalities should be there. If woocommerce tabs are there you can find a new tab there which is created by our plugin.

But if woocommerce defaults are not there then how much you have modified in products template file, may be a concern.

In that scenario, we will request you raise a support ticket here.

Hi, I managed to see this simple form by adding a Woocommerce Tabs module to the product but when I do it also adds a description tab which has shortcodes in it which don’t look right.

I am a bit concerned as the V1.7 by KiranP of this module allowed us to create a BUTTON that opened our own product enquiry contact form 7 form, this does not appear to work in the same way.

There is absolutely no way that we can update any of our live sites from v1.7 to v2.0 as we would lose any of the functionality that we have.

That is the sort of funtionality that would be really good, the ability to create a form, then link to it with a button that can be styled and when the button is clicked that form opens.

I have tested this on staging and I am afraid that despite it being v2.0, it has lost most of its functionality that the v1.7 had.

Shall I raise a ticket on this rather than an open forum?

We are afraid of that we are missing something here. My be you are talking about some different plugin.

Because, this plugin is contributed by Mingocommerce and nothing we can relate with KiranP. We don’t have a V1.7 too. The functionality you are referring, was never in our feature list.

Can you please double check this ?

Underneath that it says

There is a new version of Woocommerce – Product Enquiry available. View version 2.0.0 details or update now.

and this links to mingocommerce. This is very strange, something would appear to have become corrupted somehow. can mail a screenshot to an email if you wish?
