Core CSS loaded and should not ?

Hello,

In the settings, I have checked “Don’t load Popup Maker core stylesheet.” and “Don’t load popup theme styles to the head.” And I have pasted the Core Styles and User Theme Styles in my own style sheet.

Now, I have CSS conflicts after I have checked this two options because “site.min.css” is loaded.
I cleared my cache and have reloaded my page, but conflicts are still here.

Is it normal if “site.min.css” is loaded when we have this two options checked ?
I use WP 4.8 and 1.6.5 version of popup maker plugin.
