Entries to One Category Only Won’t Appear on Home/Main Page

For some reason, when I make a post an associate it with my “Product Photography” category, the post never appears on the main/home page of my blog. Posts made to all of my other categories appear on the main page. When I click on the offending category, all of the posts for that category are presented as expected. I’ve looked at the category settings for the offending category and the settings appear to be the same as my settings for the other categories.

My blog is at https://www.robgreer.com/blog/. I’m using WordPress 2.7 on my own server (although this behavior has also been apparent on previous releases).
