New User_Have Domain_BluHost_Need Install Advice

New To WordPress – Where to Start and Installing WordPress will head you in the correct direction.

I did read all of this but, I am still having issues installing WordPress from bluhost. I changed the wp-config.php file as specified but, it is not working. It is installed in the root directory as specified.

I created a DB in mySQL, added 2 users, created an admin, etc.
