WordPress Theme installation issue

  • I have a client who wants to upgrade their website. I am using the Total WordPress Theme:

    I have tried to install the theme on his version of WordPress using multiple methods and every time I get the following error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_customize_preview() in /data/9/2/95/97/2747097/user/3019509/htdocs/wp-content/themes/Total/framework/get_mods.php on line 30

    The hosting company can offer no help. Can anyone give me any assistance with this? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

    As you use a commercial theme/plugin and need support, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums. You are their customer; I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
