Sorry for your issues. Are you sure you have the right Twitter name in the shortcode? Because I get this when I try to view the Twitter page.

The OP post is marked RESOLVED, I have thisissue also from time to time. Can you share the fix?

Try upgrading your php to a higher version. 7.0 is a great version to be running with wordpress too, it will improve your overall load time as well.
