Error: Unsupported get request.

    I am getting the following error when trying to add a new feed.

    error : Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘xxxxxxxxx’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api.

    On the Options tab of the plugin it says the App ID and App Secret are optional.

    Can I still set up a feed without an App ID and App Secret? I have it setup on other sites without these.

    We appreciate your time posting about this problem.

    Are you trying to add a page or a group? If so, please make sure the page doesn’t have age or country restrictions, and the group has to be public.

    Unfortunately, Facebook API does not provide data for restricted pages or closed/secret groups, and the plugin cannot control this.
