Display Name Publicly As

Hi!

I’m trying to find a way when I’m running multiple blogs with multisite that my name as author of the posts/pages will be displayed publicly in different ways for each site.

E.g. on one site it will be displayed as “Real Name” but in another site as “Nickname.”

Is there a way of doing that?
