Unable to update and configure Jetpack features

    Hello,

    I have asked this question earlier also.

    The problem persists. Carousel effect from all my photo galleries created using Jetpack features have disappeared. For example, this gallery.

    How can I enable WordPress’ REST API. What is WordPress’ REST API?

    Could anyone help?

  • Hi @theoff – Sorry about the delay in writing back to you!

    As a test, could you please try temporarily switching your theme to a default theme ie: ‘Twenty Fifteen’ ‘Twenty Sixteen’ ‘Twenty Seventeen’ etc.

    We have seen instances where some themes can conflict with carousel, particularly if they interface with WordPress’ gallery.

    WordPress REST API should be enabled by default – I haven’t used it myself but you can find a lot of documentation on it:
