Is following page architecture possible?

Hi WordPress,
I’m currently building out a landing page
and was wondering if the following page architecture is possible—I’ve included a diagram for clarity.

Is there a way to use some kind of cookie to make sure that someone never has to sign in (us collecting their info) more than once even if they want to download multiple documents? If so how do I do this?

Also, is it possible to both have something download and have the customer be redirected to a new page simultaneously? How do I configure this on WordPress?
