WP-Super-Cache not counting cached pages, files not in supercache directory

    I’ve installed WP-Super-Cache in my WPMU installation, but I’m having trouble with a few things:

    1. The counters under “Cache Contents” in the plugin settings page don’t change, even though when I look at the source output of pages on my site, I see this at the bottom:

<!-- Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2008-12-16 13:46:10 -->

    2. The static files generated get placed in the wp-content/cache folder. I see a hierarchy corresponding to my permalink hierarchy in `wp-content/cache/supercache/site.com/path/article-title” but in the folders there are no static files.

    It seems like something is wrong and I can’t figure it out. Is there something I’m missing? I’ve already walked through the entire Troubleshooting checklist in the FAQ.

  • Do you have a vhost install or not? Is your busiest blog the main one or a user blog?

    Donncha, thanks for the response. I gave up on it for a couple of months and picked it back up this week when I noticed that you released a new version. I got it working! Thanks so much!
