Support for idiots?

  • I appreciate this is probably going to be the dumbest question asked, but for a novice, can somebody explain how to use this plugin to redirect all 404 instances back to my website’s homepage?

    Source: .*
    Target: /

    That means the source is all occurrences of any character.

    I did exactly that and it takes precedence over all other redirections. I read reference about ordering redirection and I don’t see a way to do it. I am using version 2.6.6.

    In my attempt of ordering the redirections, I put the wild card match Source:.* Target:/ in group2 which appears below other redirections in group1. Yet, if I enable the wild card match, more specific redirections stop working.

    Any idea?
