Logged-in user not getting “My Account” page when using with WPML

Dear team,
I am using ultimate members with WPML plugin. When a user logged-in, he is not getting the “My Account” page and other links. He is getting only “Cancel” link only.

I have followed the all the steps in the below link.
https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/193-wpml-integrationBut still getting same. And one more thing, when I click the language icon which is provided by the WPML, it is returning the URL like “https://mywebsite/user/?lang=enanora/”. But it is wrong URL. Correct URL is “https://mywebsite/user/anora/?lang=en”
