BUG – cannot upload files

    With the latest version, uploading files adds a prefix to the file and then DOES NOT UPLOAD THEM.

    I wrote to your support 3 days ago but have had no answer yet. I wrote on your FB page but no response either.

    THIS IS URGENT – many of my users are complaining!

    Hi @arathra,

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with file uploads.
    We don’t have this issue on our test site. Can you please check plugins and see if you have any security plugins that may block file uploads.
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if it solves your issue with file uploads.
