Limit on number of transients

    Hi,

    Is there any limit on the number of transients stored by the plugin in WordPress Database. For example, if my site has thousands of new viewers every day then will the DB contain all those entries for 7 days(default cache time) or does the get expired if it exceeds a maximum limit(let’s say 10k)?

    No this is currently not limited.
    However, if you have a site of this size you should use memcached or similar for storing the transients. And AFAIK this server can be configured to only use certain maximum size in memory.
