Posts Expiring To Draft Status Since 2.2.1

    Hi,

    been using Expirator for a while now with no problems. However, since the upgrade to 2.2.1 the majority of posts are expiring to Draft even though the default is Private and the drop-down has Private when the post is published. Editing the post still shows Private so doesn’t appear to be getting changed. It is not all posts though and can’t quite put my finger on when it occurs. It’s possible that just changing the drop-down to another status and back to Private and updating resolves it but am not 100%.

  • I think I know how to reproduce this issue: once you edit anything of a post in “Quick Edit”, the expiry action gets reset to the default action.

    @capi81 thanks for finding where the problem is. makes perfect sense as do a lot of quick editing to change menu orders. explains why I couldn’t quite narrow down when or where it was happening.
