check out by two paymentgateway

    i Have two paymentgateway payumoney and paypal. I am check out by 40 dollar in payumoney but that payumoney interface show 40 INR only. why 40 dollar converted to 2584.00 INR (Indian Rupee), but i am check out by INR in paypal that show error , why that automatically dos not converted?
