Multiple Address not works

Hi,
in my form, I would insert two email address dedicated to receive the email submitted.

The description says:
” Separate multiple e-mail addresses with a comma ”
but It seems doesn’t work!

When I click on SAVE CHANGES button, in the field I found only the first address.

Why?
