Click on Subscribe scrolls to the top (Fixed Menu Header)

Hi, I have the button implemented via shortcode (FB, Twitter, Subscribe). They are placed in the lower section of my pages. If I click onto subscribe (set to “Open content box”) it scrolls all the way up.

Hoovering over the Subscribe button, the link is
#https://www.example.com/page/#
Note the anchor at the beginning, not surprising it scrolls up.

It turns out it is an incompatibility with the plugin “Fixed Menu Header“. Would be nice if it could be compatible, since that is quite needed for the theme Twenty Seventeen (fixed menu bar).

Or, if anyone knows another “fixing scroll point” plugin, compatible… ??
