Set number of products in results page after customisation

  • I have installed a plugin (WooCommerce Products Per Page) which gives users the option to change the amount of products that they can see on the site in any given page (16, 24 or 40). However, when the search bar is used the number of results defaults to 10 and the products per page dropdown no longer works.

    Is there a way to set the number of results shown after a search and can it be linked to whichever option a user selects in the products per page dropdown?

    Hey @ck123,

    Could you tell what version of the plugin you are using?

    Also, could it be that you are using the Algolia Beta plugin for WooCommerce?

    We are using version 2.4.0 of the Algolia plugin (I don’t think it’s the beta plugin)

    and version 1.2.2 of the WooCommerce Products Per Page plugin.

    Any update on this? I’ve deactivated the products per page plugin and Algolia search still doesn’t show the correct number of products per page (10 vs. the 16 I’ve set in my theme settings) which makes me think its a conflict with the theme (Flatsome 3)

    Also, for some reason searches will show a number of pages but for some reason the last few pages will often not show any products. For example: if you search ‘cameras’ it shows 181 pages of results, but every page from 101 onwards produces a 404 error.

    Here’s a good example of the strange results I am experiencing with regards to number of products per page:

    If you click through to the next couple of pages you can clearly see the issue.
