Are you still hitting this problem? What versions of each plugin are you using and have you tried deactivating all other plugins (except for The Events Calendar and WooCommerce) alongside switching to a default theme?
What you’ve described isn’t something we’re finding on our side and there aren’t many other reports of this, whereas for such a problem to exist between two such popular plugins I would expect a great many topics about this – which does suggest there may be a conflict that is specific to your site.
