Redirecting to “services” instead of “Services”

Hello! Looking or some major help here and my hosting company is out of ideas. So to start, my website is https://virtuallyuntangled.com/ and my “Services” page keeps going missing. The tech (or shall I say 4th tech) says it’s b/c it’s redirecting to a services page with a small “s” instead of how it should be seen as “Services”. In the BeaverBuilder within GoDaddy the permalink even has a small “s”. Will let me type it in with capitalization but won’t let me save and reverts back. If you click on said page it will say it’s missing but it you change the small “s” to a capital one in the URL my page is back. Can anyone help me with this. PLEASE!
