    Hi

First of all, this is a great plugin. I installed it on my wordpress dashboard and it authenticates using the QR code successfully.

This is my first time playing around with the plug-in. I am trying to set this up in my website so that when someone tries to login to my website, they could use the app instead of entering their credentials. My site is an ecommerce store and it has a login page. But then after installing the plug-in, it does not display QR code in the website for my site subscribers to login. Am I doing something wrong here?

    Thanks
    Renuka B

  • Hi Renuka,

Which e commerce plugin are you using ? Is it Woo Commerce ? Also do you have any plugins or code modifying the contact form ? Please share a url here with us and we’ll investigate this for you.

Showing scan codes on the WooCommerce login area (and not only the WordPress login page) is a feature of Keyy Premium – https://getkeyy.com/buy/ – is that the issue?

    Hi Jude

    The URL is “theinfinitecreations.com”.

No there was no custom CSS code written on the website.

Thanks for looking into this issue

    Hi again @itsrenu

Looks like you are using WooCommerce on the site and that requires a Premium license to work. Please visit the link David shared to get a copy if you want to use it with this site.
