Plugin breaks page builder and screen options

  • Assalamu alaikum,

    This plugin seems to cause some compatibility issues with my website. Whenever this plugin is activated, the screen options no longer work. In addition, I’m using the divi theme and the page builder does not appear. I’m not sure if the two are related, i.e. the page builder is a screen option that can be turned on or off. I have gone through and deactivated the plugins one by one and this plugin seems to be the only one that is causing this issue. When I disable it, I am able to access all the screen options as per normal.

    btw, which one are you using?

    or WordPress Page Builder – Beaver Builder
    or Elementor Page Builder

    Also, I can’t find a free theme called divi. I have seen divina, is that what you mean?

    So here you can see, I have the pagebuilder installed by site origin.
    I also have the divina theme installed
    and I can still see the screen options.

    I suspect @koolkhan65 is using the Divi Builder which is included in the Divi theme.

    I’m using the page builder that’s included with the divi theme.

    It’s not that I can’t see the screen options, it’s that I can’t toggle between the options available.

    I have upgraded to 4.8, not sure if that makes a difference

    I can confirm this issue since it happens to me too. I’m using Divi Builder from Elegant Themes.

    hmm, seems this is a paid theme. Unless I have a copy of it, I can not test. My plugin is free as a sadaqah.

    Alhamdulillah, I have managed to get hold of the divi theme with the help of one amazing brother. Now I found some issues, but not sure if it is, related to this ticket.

    Can you please send me the screenshot of the actual problem so I can fix it for your and please Allah swt in return inshaaAllah.

    Salaam,

    Accidentally I have lost the divi builder you are talking about. Since its a premium theme, can you send it to me for testing, only if you can trust me that I won’t use it for personal/commercial purposes.
