Public-facing site blank after upgrading to Woocommerce 3.1.0

Updated to the latest version of Woocommerce and site loads a blank page. Emptied cache, deactivated all plugins – site loads. Emptied cache, turned on all plugins except WC 3.1.0, site loads. Emptied cache, deactivated all plugins and turned on WC, site loads a blank page. Thoughts? All browsers.
Had to deactivate WC since the site looks empty.

Looks like it may be a theme incompatibility:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function one_woocommerce_version_check() in /THEPATH/wp-content/themes/THETHEME/config/modules/woocommerce/woo_options.php on line 267I’ll take a look at the file that calls that and contact the theme creator if that’s what it looks like to you.
