    I just paid for Image Widget Plus and the link on the page and in the email doesn’t work. When I click to download I get this error message:{“code”:”rest_forbidden”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”,”data”:{“status”:403}}

    I need a good download link please. Thank you!

  • Since you’re using the commercial version of this plugin we recommend you go to their official support channel so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    The vendors are the best resource for support of commercial products. Also, as the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Well, I tried that first and it wouldn’t let me post. I got yet another error message saying I needed java enabled or something along those lines. I googled how to do what it said I needed to enable and it was already enabled. Then it said contact my administrator. I don’t happen to have one of those in my home. I’m 0 for 2 with this company so far. Guess I’ll just have to consider this a loss since I can’t get to them for help. No email address, no chat on their site, nothing. So I’m out of luck. Great support ??

    @kcustardo, sorry you experienced that error. You should be able to login to https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and get a good download link.

    You should also be able to post to the Image Widget Plus (IW+) support forum at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/others/image-widget-plus/

    I also extended your IW+ license an additional month for your trouble.
