To many server request serving ads

Hello!

Ad-Inserter are making to many requests to the server.

When I disable the ads thas are serving by Ad-Inserter the requests to the server decrease.

Requests with ad-inserter: average 450
Requests with tha same ads but inserted manually in the html: average 70

My web site is https://www.portalmastips.com in the main page I disable ad-inserter in any other ad-inserter is injecting to the body (the text).

I did not notice when it was happening, but apparently it was since the last update
