Client Name not updating

    Hi,
    If I update the client name on a testimonial, the testimonial author doesn’t appear to be updating when it’s fed in either via the Single Testimonial widget or with the simple shortcode implementation.
    If I preview the testimonial then yes, it’s updating there.
    Any ideas?

    Hey @nicolejaz!

    My best guess is that this is some sort of caching causing this to not change immediately.

    Can you try clearing any caches you have to see if that helps? Caching would explain why it works in the preview but isn’t changing on the front end of the website.
