Is it possble to undelete a thread

  • My father has deleted a thread from his blog. Unofortunately, he now needs it back.

    Are the story and comments still stored in the database, and if so, how do I recover them?

  • deleted means its gone. short of restoring it from a backup, you cant recover posts that are deleted.

    the only other option is to see if the host has a backup, or if it’s in google’s cache — in which case, you just recreate it.

    does he use a backup plugin, the one I use can back up comments as well….

    If not he might have lost it ?? (then again i’m a noob so there might be a way round)
