I can’t open admin anymore

  • When I try to open my admin, there always appears:

    Runtime Error R6025
    pure virtual functional call

    and everything gets blocked.

    Does anyone know what I can do to solve the problem?

  • Calling a pure virtual function is a programming error, so you need to find the call to the pure virtual function.
    Your IE browser may be whacked by translator toolbars or other bars or lots of other things like a bad .dll.
    Try going to your site in another browser if possible to test this.
