Problems with plugin

  • 1. First thing – extremely long wait for stripe checkout… i understand it’s alternative for paypal for paying premium but it waits for stripe after every save/update/publish.
    2. There should be option to leave empty url field. Why url field is obligatory?
    3. Can’t find “nofollow” option for urls :\
    4. You could make it a bit less “freemium” – there’s more “can’t” than “can” right now.

    Last question – why subscription is payed monthly by default? It’s not like you actually store statistics on your servers or something like that?

    Don’t get me wrong, i really like this plugin but not everything makes sense for me.

    1. You are right, this will be fixed in the next release.
    2. In which case do you need an empty url field? Do you want to display an ad which has not href?
    3. The nofollow option will be available in the next release.
    4. We try to make the free UAM version useful for site owners who do not have a lot of traffic. The premium version is necessary for high traffic websites. If you feel that a specific feature should be free, please let me know and we will discuss it.
    (5.) We chose a subscription model because we want the customer to be able to pay as long as she wants and cancel the subscription as soon as she is not satisfied or does not need the plugin anymore. This way the plugin stays up-to-date and one can test the premium version without any risk or significant cost.

    2. In case that i need to place banner without href ?? Some of the ads are purely informational and those doesn’t need any kind of links. This kind of feature can be easily done with if statement(php), so i don’t think it would be something hard to accomplish.

    4. For starters – Adsense code. While i understand that you can’t simply give free hand for any code(i would like to have it in free version too, but i won’t argue) then adsense is rather something basic, that can be obtained by pasting it anywhere and google have stats for it by they own, so why removing it from basic(free) version?

    Caching should be included in free version too – performance shouldn’t go with price.

    Also i’m not sure why there’s no filter(timeframe) for last month in statistics.
