    Hi,

    It looks like that some keys are missing from the database.

    Solution :

    Keep a copy of your images and uninstall the plugin completely.

    Make a fresh install of Gallery Bank Plugin.

    This will sort out the issue but you would have to re-create the galleries.

    Thanks for responding so quickly but it’s a rather disappointing reply. The plug in has been working well for over 2 years and it’ll take me hours to recreate the galleries, as all the photos were linked to snippets of information. Simply deleting the gallery will work for one of the pages but but the other. Frustrating!

    We apologize for the inconvenience!

    The core structure was 4 years old and to improve the functionality of the plugin, we had to change the core structure.

    Because you were having galleries with lots of images, your server timed out due to execution time and memory limit.

    Of course. That’s life I guess.

    I ran into a crashing my website issue when disabling and updating with Gallery Bank. Any way to help? the website i am an admin to is kellylevesque.com I tried updating to the new version (as i just took over the site) and updating the plugin and that crashed the site so it doesn’t work. Please advise.
