Product gallery images different sizes

    Hello I′m working on an eshop on ShopIsle and found out that thumbnails in product gallery are not generated correctly. They are set to 180×180 in WooCommerce product/display settings, I regenerated thumbnails – please see here:

    I tried some CSS hacks, but nothing helps. How can this be fixed? I need square thumbs in the product gallery with the flew window where the selected / active is shown in full size.
